My iPod is now called "Sir Percy Blakeney," and my little pop-up message now tells me that iTunes is "syncing Sir Percy Blakeney."
Yes, I am far too easily amused, what?
I love comments and enjoy each and every one I receive!

This really made me laugh! So funny! I must be easily amused as well:)

"Sink me!" That is so SO funny!!! :D
ReplyDeleteThe syncing Titanic is cute but Sir Percy Blakeney wins the day! And how much fun to have an iPod named Sir Percy! :)
Aha yes! I've done this! Great minds think alike, eh? ;) I admit I'm one of those who has called their iPod 'The Titanic', but your version is much funnier! Sink me, indeed :')

ha! love this!
ReplyDeleteLauren,
ReplyDeleteHooray, a fellow Pimpernel fan! (I assume you must be, if you were amused by this.) How lovely to meet another of the League!
Miss Laurie,
It would be even funnier if, after purchasing a new song, iTunes came up with a little box that said "Sync me." :)
Abby,
Haha, and here I was afraid that nobody would "get it". What was I thinking?? Of course y'all would get it--great minds do indeed think alike! So today I synchronized my iPod three times... even though it only needed to be done once... simply because I got such a laugh each time. :P
I must be far too easily amused too, because I was laughing so much when I read that. 'Sink me' is now on my favorite list of expressions.
ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to TSP, I can be very easily amused, indeed. :) And I love your new iPod name. Must remember that for later...
ReplyDeleteMy personal happy today was my homemade "literary ornaments"...pics coming soon on my blog. Seeing "We seek him here, we seek him there..." and "In vain have I struggled"...and "It is a far, far better thing I do..." on my Christmas tree...makes me so happy. :) I've been staring at my tree all night giggling. Especially since I made enough for *three* TSP ornaments. Oops. :)
Yes, indeed! I do love The Scarlet Pimpernel, both the book and the movie! :)

hahahahahaha
ReplyDeleteI guess we're all easily amused. ;-) I almost missed the punchline though. ha But when I saw it, hahahaha...
I think it is good to be easily amused!!! I was once told i was, but the person that told me that wasn't paying me a compliment! =)
ReplyDeleteBut I'm proud of it anyway.
